The Wildcat Warehouse, the school store at MCMS, which is used to support the efforts of students who are working to exhibit positive, respectful, and responsible behaviors has recently gotten many new items added to the inventory. These items were able to be added because of the generosity of many local civic organizations making donations to support the mini-grant program for educators in our community. A special thank you to: Montgomery City Kiwanis, Jonesburg Lions, Jonesburg Optimist, Jonesburg Lady Lioness, Montgomery City Lions, and Montgomery County Rotary for their support. Pictured from left to right with the store’s new inventory are: Chance W., Gary T., Ember F., and Raylynn G.

We are excited to announce that our school will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week from Tuesday, October 29-Friday, November 1. This week is dedicated to promoting drug prevention and encouraging healthy lifestyles among our students.
Red Ribbon Week is a nationwide event that encourages children to make healthy choices and avoid drugs. It’s a wonderful opportunity for our school community to come together and show support for living a drug-free life. Our theme this year is, "Life is Movie, Film Drug Free!"
To make this week engaging and fun, we invite students and staff to participate in our dress-up days! Here’s the schedule:
TUESDAY: "Don't Sleep on Your Future!" Wear your favorite school-appropriate PJ's.
WEDNESDAY: "Too Smart for Drugs!" Students dress like teachers and teachers dress like students.
THURSDAY: Hats off to a Drug Free Life!" Wear your favorite hat
FRIDAY: We are RED-dy to say no to Drugs! Wear red in support of Red Ribbon Week!
Thank you for your support. Together, we can help our students understand the importance of making healthy choices.

At MCMS, we have been enjoying great success with our students using our new program, ClassBank, to teach student’s financial literacy while simultaneously rewarding them for displaying the traits of being positive, respectful, and responsible. Students are able to spend their earnings at our school store, the Wildcat Warehouse. We are able, in part, to keep our store stocked through the generous donations of our community. If you are interested in donating via our Amazon wishlist, we have added items that will help restock our inventory. Our wishlist can be found linked here: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3S0VVB1EWWV1B...
If you are interested, you can make a charitable donation via our school's Webstore linked here: https://mc-wildcats.revtrak.net/montgome.../ms-donations/...
