The JBE PTO Santa Shop will be open December 9-12. All items are $1 each. Students can bring money and shop for holiday gifts. Gifts will be wrapped, labeled, and sent home with students. Please have students bring a list of who they need to shop for.

Our kindergarten and fifth grade classes celebrated their iReady success with nachos with Mrs. Temperly.

The Montgomery County Rotary Club stopped by Jonesburg Elementary to present student dictionaries to 3rd grade students. The dictionaries are specially written for the elementary level student in hopes that they will help students discover the richness of language and become better readers. The Rotary Club is part of a worldwide organization committed to service above self. The Jonesburg Elementary 3rd graders would like to say thank you to the Montgomery County Rotary Club.

Celebrate December to Remember with us. Friday is Wxpress Your "ELF." Elf yourself and wear your favorite festive shirt, elf hat or other holiday gear. Don't forget about the Lighted Parade.

Future teachers from MCHS did some job shadowing at JBE today. They spent time in classrooms, helping students, and seeing what goes into teaching in elementary school.

The JBE Student Council's Change the World Day for November went to the Lighted Parade. With the donations they collected, they were able to purchase two bikes to give away at the Lighted Parade. Thank you to everyone who donated and to the Student Council for sponsoring our Change the World Days.

Order your Christmas Concert DVDs by Friday, December 12. They are $5 each, include all performances, and should be ready before break.

ATTENTION JBE 4th & 5th Grade: Don't forget there is a Larry Richards Club Meeting this week, Dec 5th 3:35-4:10pm. Please note if your student will go home a different way to let the office know. Students must have a signed permission form to participate in Larry Richards Club.

Don't forget we have school TOMORROW - Monday, November 24. It will be a Wednesday specials day so students will have music on Monday.
