ATTENTION JBE 4th & 5th Grade: Don't forget there is a Larry Richards Club Meeting this week, Jan 9th 3:35-4:10pm. Please note if your student will go home a different way to let the office know. Students must have a signed permission form to participate in Larry Richards Club.

There is a PTO meeting on Thursday, Jan 8 at 5:30pm in the JBE Library. Please cosider joining us to help plan the Me & My Guy event, Spring Carnival, and our other spring events .

The JBE lunch menu online will not be accurate. Copies of the lunch menus will be sent home in Friday folders each month. Please note JBE will NOT have a menu 4 option.

Celebrate December to Remember with us. Friday is a half day and we are going to prepare for a Long Winter's Nap and wear our favorite holiday PJs.

Art Show money is going home with students today. Also if you ordered a Christmas Concert DVD, check your student's backpack. Concert DVDs should be going home this week as well.

Each year at Jonesburg Elementary we recognize a student from each class who exemplifies the character trait of the month. This month we highlighted Growth Mindset. Congratulations to our students who exemplify Growth Mindset: Mark, Clay, Elley, Pollyanna, Oliver, Clay, and Emerich.

JBE Fourth and Fifth Grade Students took some time to spead some holiday cheer and go caroling at the Jonesburg Nursing Home.

JBE had "Snow Much Fun" with Mrs Gambil and Student Council. Student Council made snow cones and students got to play snow games. Thank you for helping make it a December to Remember.









Several of our fourth grade students got to present their state floats at the December Board of Education meeting. They did an awesome job and we are very proud of them.






Celebrate December to Remember with us. Thursday is Christmas Stocking Day. Wear your favorite, silliest, or mismatched socks.

Don't forget our Preschool Christmas Concert is Thursday, December 18 at 3:00 pm in the cafeteria.
