🚨 Important Announcement for Parents 🚨 Monday, 2/12/25 will be an AMI Day for all students. 🌟 To help your child stay on track, we’ve posted AMI learning menus for Preschool through 5th grade on the school website (https://www.mc-wildcats.org/o/mces). Simply follow the "AMI Menus" link in the top right corner and select your child’s grade level to access the menu. Reminder: Students are required to complete 5 activities for each AMI day. Here's how it works: -4 activities in core subjects (reading, writing, math, science, or social studies) -1 activity from a specials class (library, art, music, or PE) If you need any assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to your child’s classroom teacher. Teachers will be available during school hours to help! 💻 Thank you for supporting your child's learning!

💙 Happy School Counselor Appreciation Week! 💙 This week, we celebrate and thank our amazing school counselors for the incredible support they provide to our students every day. Exciting news! Book Blast information will be coming home today. This is not a fundraiser, but a chance for your child to earn prizes and books to add to their personal collection. With the cold temperatures tomorrow we will have indoor recess. However, please make sure your child is dressed warm for drop off and pick up times, especially if they have to wait for a bus. It is also recommended that your child dress in layers as some of our classrooms, hallways, and common areas take a while to warm up. Thank you for your understanding!

**Important Updates for MCE Families** Due to recent snow days, we have a couple of schedule changes: 1. The **PTO Meeting** regularly scheduled for Thursday, January 9th, has been rescheduled to **Thursday, January 23rd at 5:15 PM in the MCE Cafeteria**. 2. The **2nd Quarter Celebration**, originally scheduled for Friday, January 10th, has been rescheduled to **Friday, January 24th at 8:30 AM**.
