Schedule for November 6th, 13th and 20th. 1st and 2nd Grade Girls and Boys- 8:00-9:00 am MCE 3rd-6th Grade Boys- 9:30 - 10:30 am MCHS 3rd - 6th Grade Girls- 10:45 - 11:45 am MCHS We will be utilizing both the MCE Gym and the HS Gym for skill work. We feel the extra space provided in the HS gym will be a benefit to us to space them out.

Jonesburg Elementary will be remembering Veterans Day the week of November 11 on our Facebook page. We are asking students and staff to submit names of their special veterans to be included on our Wall of Honor. Please fill out the form and return it to school by Wednesday, November 3. A veteran is a person who is currently or has at any time served in our Armed Services. You may also submit a photo of your veteran. You may email a digital copy to addavis@mc-students.org or send in a physical photo. If you send a physical photo, please make sure it is labeled with a student name as well so we may return it. JBE would like to give a shout out to Mr. Nick. Nick is our A+ Tutor working with Mrs. Hillebrand's kindergarteners. The kids love reading with him and we enjoy having him with us in the morning. Thank you Mr. Nick.

The Annual Larry Richards Food Drive is coming up November 16-19. We are collecting NON-PERISHABLE items for Thanksgiving Baskets. The class who collects the most items will win a pizza party.

Congratulations to our Positive Passengers on October 28. Colton B was nominated for being responsible and Alex O was nominated for being respectful.

Spirit Wear Sales begin today. Spirit Wear makes great gifts for your favorite Wildcat. Orders are due back by November 12th and will be ready before Christmas.

There will be no math team on October 28th due to conferences. Students will get a note during math team this week.

The Science Fair is coming to Montgomery County. There will be a district-wide science fair January 13, 2022. If you think you would like to participate in the science fair, interest forms have been sent home in your Friday Folder. Interest forms will need to be completed and returned by October 28. More information about the science fair will be sent at a later date.

PTO Soap Sale delivery is set for Wednesday the 27th from 3:30pm-5:15pm under the Preschool awning. Please make arrangements to pick up your soap.

Youth Basketball forms are due back October 29. If you would like to participate, please send in your form.

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday evening (28th) from 4:15 pm -8:00 pm and Friday (29th) from 8:00 am - noon. If you did not get a conference time, please contact the office. There will be NO SCHOOL on Friday, October 29th!
