This year we are really focusing on Growth at JBE and we are going to try something new. On March 31st, we will be hosting our quarterly Growth Parade. Our teachers have been talking to students about the importance of stretching ourselves and growing. Each student will help choose what growth they want to celebrate and make a sign to carry in the parade. Parents are invited to sit in the gym bleachers and watch the parade. The parade starts at 8:05 on March 31st.

We have partnered with USAgain to collect clothes and shoes. This company will pay us 2 cents for every pound collected and will plant a tree (somewhere, not on our property) for every full bin. The bins are located on the southwest corner of our building. We will start spreading the word to the community soon and hope it will help the earth and raise a bit of money for our donation account.
