Tuesday is Dress up for the Christmas Program. "The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear."
Also don't forget to check out our students in the lighted parade tonight.


Preserve your memories and purchase a copy of this year’s Christmas Concert. DVDs are $5 each and will include a full concert. DVDs will be ready before Christmas Break. Proceeds from the DVD sale will go to purchase additional media equipment.
Orders and money are due by December 10th. Please make checks payable to JBE.


Tomorrow is Festive Sweater Day for the Lighted Parade. "It's just nice to meet another human who shares my affinity for elf culture."


The JBE Christmas Program will be Tuesday, December 7. We will have the K-1st Grade Matinee at 1:00, 2nd-3rd Grade Matinee at 1:45, and 4th-5th Grade Matinee at 2:30. The doors will open at 12:45pm for the matinees. The evening performances will be 6:00 for the K-1st Grade Concert, 6:45 for the 2nd-3rd Grade Concert, and 7:30 for the 4th-5th Grade Concert. Door will open at 5:45pm for the evening performances. We do not plan on having Santa in attendance this year, but a Christmas backdrop will be set up in the PK lobby with Willie the Wildacat and a santa hat for people to take pictures if they choose.


Congratulations to Mrs. Hillebrand's Class for being awarded the Golden Broom and Mrs. Scott's Class for being awarded the Golden Trashcan on December 1.



Tomorrow is Don't be a Grinch, Wear Your Favorite Holiday Color. "Buddy the Elf, what's your favorite color?"

It's Jonesburg Elementary Night at Frumpy's. Take the evening off from cooking and dine-in or carry out. 10% of all their sales from Wednesday, December 1 will go to Jonesburg Elementary. It's a tasty way to give back.


Tomorrow we kick off our December to Remember with Christmas Stocking Day. Wear your favorite socks. "There's room for everyone on the Nice List!"

It's a December to Remember. Join JBE is celebrating a season of fun this December with an elf theme, spirit days, and many surprises for our students. We appreciate all of the wonderful donations we have received and look forward to celebrating with our students!

Yesterday we held a JBE Academic Bowl. Mrs. Craft's fourth grade competed against Mrs. Scott's fourth grade and Mrs. Fitzgerald's fifth grade competed again Ms. Hunt's fifth grade. Our teams were quick on the buzzers and both matches were close. Congratulations to Mrs. Scott's and Mrs. Fitzgerald's classes for coming out on top.
