On 2-2-22 we were home with a snow day so on 2-22-22 students and staff can celebrate National TuTu Day. Students can wear a tutu over their regular clothes or they can wear a pair of anything. A pair of socks, a pair of earrings, a pair of pants etc. or they can celebrate "Two"esday by pairing up with a classmate or friend and dressing like a twin or they can wear their Wildcat/JBE gear and twin with several other students/staff. We are excited to celebrate the year of two's with our students.

Montgomery County R-II is taking nominations for Teacher of the Year. Teachers can be nominated for the Teacher of the Year in their building. A district Teacher of the Year will be selected from the buildings Teachers of the Year. Nominations will be taken from February 8 - 25, 2022. The building winners will be announced the week of March 7. The district winner will be announced the week of March 28, 2022. The MCR-II Teacher of the Year will represent our district at the regional level. Please take a moment to nominate a teacher by completing this form.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, February 16, is Change the World Day. Students may donate their change and wear mismached socks or a hat and support Grow2Gather.

The MCHS FCCLA officers are ready to collect soda tabs to donate to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mid-Missouri. They will be collecting tabs until Friday, February 18. Send your tabs to school with your student. The class who collects the most tabs will win a popcorn party.
