Jonesburg Elementary GRAND’s Day (Grandparents, Relatives, Aunts and uncles, Neighbors, Devoted caregivers) is planned for Friday, September 16, 2022. We would like to invite a GRAND of our student to join us for 2022 GRAND’s day. We are going to try something different this year to accommodate or GRAND’s that have multiple students at JBE as well as lessen the pressure on the parking lot and book fair. GRAND’s Day is a special day for JBE students. NO other children will be allowed in the building. Please make other arrangements for younger siblings and other children so that JBE students can enjoy the day with their invited guests.


Thursday, September 15th is JBE Wears Red Day. We are going to celebrate the Cardinals and Chiefs playing on the same day. Wear your Cardinals, Chiefs, or red and help cheer on the Cards and Chiefs.

It's the first Wednesday of the month, that mean's it's JBE day at Frumpy's. Frumpy Joe's has generously offered to donate 10% of their sales to Jonesburg Elementary! Jonesburg Elementary Meal Reminder
Meals are not free for everyone this year.
We encourage you to fill out a Free & Reduced Meal application to see if you qualify.
If you do not qualify and your student eats meals at school the fees are as follows:
Full price breakfast - $2.85
Full price lunch - $3.25
Reduced price breakfast - $0.30
Reduced price lunch - $0.40
Extra milk and milk break costs $0.45 per student no matter the free and reduced status.
Students are not allowed to charge more than $10. If your student owes more than $10 then they will be offered an alternative meal in lieu of the daily lunch choice.
Please send in meal money in a labeled envelope. If you are interested, there is an option to pay online through the online SIS portal.
Past due balances will be sent home most Friday’s.
District phone call reminders for balances under $5 will begin soon. You are welcome to send in money at any time.
