JBE Wednesday (2/28): Science Day - Show up ready for a hands-on learning day of science.
The 100th Day of School is currently scheduled for March 6th. If we have snow days, this date will change. Students are welcome to celebrate 100 Days by wearing a 100th Day shirt, 100 of something or dressing like a 100-year-old. If you have clarifying questions, please contact your student's classroom teacher.
JBE Tuesday: Team Day - Wear your Wildcat gear to support the MCHS boys basketball team or any other team gear.

JBE is kicking off our 7th Annual One Book, One Community on Friday, March 1. This year JBE will be reading "Wayside School is Falling Down." Each student will receive a copy of the book to read along and keep. Plan to join us on Thursday, April 4 for our FREE One Book, One Community Family Night. We will have food, bingo, and lots of fun to celebrate finishing our book.

Group Picture Day is TOMORROW - Thursday, February 22. We will be taking pictures of Larry Richards Club, Student Council, Math Team, Academic Bowl Team, and Gardening Club.
We have partnered with USAgain to collect clothes and shoes. This company will pay us 2 cents for every pound collected and will plant a tree (somewhere, not on our property) for every full bin. The bins are located on the southwest corner of our building. We will start spreading the word to the community soon and hope it will help the earth and raise a bit of money for our donation account.
