Spaghetti dinner is served from 5:00 to 6:00 in the MCE cafeteria with Bingo beginning at 6:00.

Bobo's Fundraiser purchases will be available for pick-up on Wednesday, November 15th in the MCE Cafeteria from 4:00-6:00 pm.

The "safe tree" at MCE is filling up! Forty of our students have been seen demonstrating safe choices. This means that tomorrow is stuffed animal day at MCE! Stuffed animals must fit into student backpacks.

Tuesday, October 3rd is picture day at MCE! Also, in celebration of homecoming week, it is also pajama day across the district. So, we plan to have picture day on top with nice shirts and pajama day on the bottom with pj pants or shorts. We hope that your MCE Wildcat enjoys this spin on traditional picture day attire.

As some may know, the air conditioning in the Pre-School through 2nd-grade hallway has not worked consistently over the past two weeks. Repairs are scheduled for Friday, September 8th. This morning's forecast indicates it's going to be warm this week. Each classroom is equipped with fans. However, students are encouraged to dress accordingly and bring a water bottle. We appreciate your help in keeping our students as comfortable as possible.
Good afternoon! Thank you to those families who have called in or sent notes in preparation for this afternoon's pick-up. MCE will have over 55 families in the pick-up line this afternoon. In order to keep all students safe and get you through the pick-up line as quickly as possible please:
1. Stay in the line of cars, do not park.
2. Pull as far forward as possible.
3. Remain in your car, we will bring your child to you.
4. While we start loading cars at 3:45, it is alright to wait until about 4:00 to come to MCE. This will help you avoid the line.
5. Please put your student's name on a piece of paper on your driver's side front windshield.
Please be patient as we work to get your child to you as quickly and safely as possible. Should you plan to pick up again tomorrow please send a note with your child.

MCE Meet and Greet will be held on August 17th, 5:00-7:00 pm. In an attempt to provide ample parking and less crowded hallways and classrooms, families with last names beginning in letters A-M @ 5:00 and N-Z @ 6:00. Class lists will be available at this time.
