Celebrate December to Remember with us. Friday is a half day and we are going to prepare for a Long Winter's Nap and wear our favorite holiday PJs.
Art Show money is going home with students today. Also if you ordered a Christmas Concert DVD, check your student's backpack. Concert DVDs should be going home this week as well.

Each year at Jonesburg Elementary we recognize a student from each class who exemplifies the character trait of the month. This month we highlighted Growth Mindset. Congratulations to our students who exemplify Growth Mindset: Mark, Clay, Elley, Pollyanna, Oliver, Clay, and Emerich.
JBE Fourth and Fifth Grade Students took some time to spead some holiday cheer and go caroling at the Jonesburg Nursing Home.

JBE had "Snow Much Fun" with Mrs Gambil and Student Council. Student Council made snow cones and students got to play snow games. Thank you for helping make it a December to Remember.
Several of our fourth grade students got to present their state floats at the December Board of Education meeting. They did an awesome job and we are very proud of them.
Celebrate December to Remember with us. Thursday is Christmas Stocking Day. Wear your favorite, silliest, or mismatched socks.
Don't forget our Preschool Christmas Concert is Thursday, December 18 at 3:00 pm in the cafeteria.
Christmas break is coming. We will have a half day on Friday, December 19. Students will return to classes on Tuesday, January 6.
JBE Reminder for Wed., December 17th. It is Change the World Day -wear a hat, green or pink. Students can bring a donation for the Helen Reagan Cancer Fund. We are also watching a movie. Students can bring ONE soft thing (blanket, pillow or stuffed animal) for the movie if they choose.
Celebrate December to Remember with us. Wednesday is Change the World Day and we are going to Grow Our Hearts Like the Grinch. Wear green or pink and donate to the Helen Reagan Cancer Fund.
