Montgomery County R-II High School Health Information Page!

Good health enhances your student's ability to learn. School nursing has grown to meet student needs and involves much more than dispensing hugs and band-aids. Nurses address issues that face our students and assist teachers to enable our students for the best learning experience.

Student Health Information should be updated yearly. Please keep your school nurse updated on your child's health status, such as surgeries, medications, illnesses/diseases, new diagnoses, immunizations, or other conditions that may affect your child's school performance.

The Big Smiles Dental Program will be at Montgomery County High School on January 13th, 2021.  If you would like your child to see the dentist, please complete the attached application and return it to the high school nurse.  If you have any questions, please call 573-564-2213.
